Shultz Steel operates the newest heavy press in North America, with unequalled control of temperature and metallurgical parameters. Our 40,000-ton press is the largest installed in the United States in over 50 years.

In keeping with Shultz Steel's Act-Green-Think-Blue policy, the carbon footprint is minimized with VAR remelting done onsite. In-house remelting positions Shultz Steel to control raw materials, quality, and deliveries.

Shultz Steel employs a full machine shop, offering enhanced value by rough machining forgings to customer requirements. CNC mills, a Vertical Turning Center, and a 5-axis mill provide precision targeting, prep, and finish machining.
